To other hosting company or selfhosting
If you would like to move your hosting to an other hoster or to self-hosting, we would be pleased to hear from you in advance. In general, we will of course also support you with this type of move within the scope of our possibilities.
So that we can coordinate everything important with you, please contact us as early as possible. If you wish, please let us know why you are leaving - this is the only way we can continue to improve.
Procedure
If you cancel the service you have booked with us, you can request a backup of your data up to 7 days after the end of the contract. (See AGB, point 9.3)
We will then provide you with a download link promptly. In addition to the data and the matrix configuration, the backup also contains an example docker-compose.yml, which you can then use to continue operating the service if possible.
We will also be happy to send you a disk with your backup - we will inform you in advance about the costs involved.
