What maximum storage capacity is supported?

Our tariffs differ in terms of storage capacity and number of users, but you can add or downgrade the storage in your Ossrox customer account at any time, regardless of the tariff you choose.

Can I install my own apps?

Except in the “Nextcloud Account” plan, where you only get one account on a shared Nextcloud instance, you can install your own apps in all our hosting plans. For example, we pre-install Antivirus as standard.

Is there Office support?

Yes, you can use Nextcloud's internal Office integration, for example. However, as we have had mixed results with this solution, we recommend the additional hosting of Collabora or Onlyoffice. You can also book this at any time via your Ossrox customer account. We will then take care of setting up the app in your Nextcloud.
