Where are the servers for my web hosting located?

We operate our Plesk web hosting ourselves on our own infrastructure in the Hetzner Cloud. The servers are located in Germany.

Is my web hosting still with RockingHoster?

No. We no longer work with RockingHoster for web hosting. All web hosting now runs on our own infrastructure in the Hetzner Cloud, on servers in Germany. We are your point of contact for your web hosting.

What availability do you guarantee for web hosting?

In selected plans, we guarantee a minimum availability of 99.5%. You can see which plans these are in the plan description in our store.
