Migration to another host
If you would like to move your hosting to another host or to self-hosting, we'd appreciate it if you let us know beforehand. We also support you with this type of move as far as we can.
So that we can coordinate everything important with you, please contact us as early as possible. If you like, let us know why you are leaving - it helps us improve.
Procedure
If you cancel the service you have booked with us, we provide a backup of your data free of charge on request at the end of the contract, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
We will then promptly provide you with a download link. In addition to the data and the Matrix configuration, the backup contains an example docker-compose.yml that you can use to continue running the service.
On request, we can also send you your backup on a storage medium. We will inform you in advance about the costs involved.
