Migration

Your own instance?

Don't have your own Matrix instance yet? You'll find the right hosting with us.

Would you like to move your Matrix instance to us, or switch from us to another hosting provider? Both are possible - this page points you to the right guide for your situation.

Migrating to us

Already have a Matrix instance with another host or self-hosted, and want to switch to us? The Migration from another host guide explains what information we need from you and how the process works.

Migrating away from us

Want to switch to another host or to self-hosting? No problem: the Migration to another host guide explains how we support you with that.
